it was yesterday when we were training.. we were on our way to kent ridge park.. for me, it was a whole new experience. i heard it was very far but very steep hills which we had to overcome.. the night before i was thinking, how how how? will it be steeper than turf city hill? yesyesyes. hai.. but in the end, the plan to going there was gone.. now was the more challenging part. going up 20 flights of stairs and counting. for some, did 4 times others did 3.. johnthan, the almighty newbie overtook kevin, wenloong and xide. i mean how the hell does he run so fast? is it really possible or is it just impossible? steriods imprinted in my mind:D haha maybe not.. our legs were spared at the gym but the abs was unbearable..
after training, the 5 of us(changming, seb, nat, joash, and me) when to marks house where we camp and have fun.. after 3 hours there, we trudge our way back to school.
afternoon training was not as tough, but due to the workout this morning, legs refused to moved. we still carried on with our workout, producing surprising results. we were also glad that johnthan was doing the workout with the b division. it was a pleasant sight. :D 200m 400m 1.6km.. enough was enough.. end of the day-------------------- calf's cramped, thigh's aching, abs's turned 6? haha.. sweating, panting, breathing, striding, all these actions were enquired.. maybe it wasn so bad..
although johnthan has a head start due to training with MR25 we were reluctent to lose to him.. conforting words- just the start of the training.. :D the b division team is coming up.. its just the start of the holidays. tchs ,vs,others... watch out.. acsi c-o-m-i-n-g a-t y-o-u acsi X country member!
its kinda sad staying at home on a public holiday:( haha, anyway happy deepavali everyone! navin too:D
