practically 2/3 of my hols is gone due to training.. x country.. tiring sport. not everyone can endure it.. training on odd days twice a day!! plus the additional external training outside made it daily without having a good recovery. today train with samuel sim..long run then after that go to the gym.. gym so tiring!! all the weights upon my body crashing down.. went to mark's house to slack.. played table tennis.. hey i m quite good ;)went back to school.. training cancelled due to the rain but have to do a form.. all the goals that are set.. will i accomplish such a huge task?!i hope i will.. finally arrived at the comfort of my home.. played badminton b4 eating dinner then my mum keeps shouting at me to go and bathe!! cant take it.. argh!!!!! gets ur own LIFE
