its been some times since wrote here.. time flies doesn it? well.. this week we escape training twice.. no afternoon training.. but intensive training in the morning.. though i forgot wat i did on hari raya.. wednesday was tiring... fartleg.. 7times.. 2minutes fast 2 minutes jog.. 1 minute fast 1 minute jog 30seconds sprint 1minute walk.. after that was gym i think.. cant remember very tired.. this morning had to do 14km in macritchie.. tiring.. but fun.. actually wasn that tiring.. haha.. hey seb i know u like cam d, but u dun have to tell the whole world =) lol .. sheeh.. i always want to run at night.. but damn lazy.. lol..
