times are bad.. or maybe its just me that feels that way... it seems odd, one moment u want to train up but the next, your legs refused to move.. isnt that pissing.. easy run at turf city followed by 5x1km.. sigh.. my legs are usually not that tired. but cum this few days i have been experiencing pain.. could this be it? after long months of training, i m finally burning out? or is this just another case of mental burnout? hmmmm....
